What fails on it
- Door closing unevenly One corner meets the frame late, or the door rubs as it shuts. Its hinges are inside the door, so the door is lifted off to check them.
- Sensor reading off Results miss in the same direction every time, always underdone or always too dark, despite a full preheat.
- Controls not responding Presses are ignored, or the display freezes or goes dark. A breaker reset is the only owner step before a visit.
- Clicking that will not stop Some clicking from the boards and the door latch is normal. A click that repeats on and on, or sounds unusually loud, is not.
Warranty before anything else
